My HTML Egg web page seems to look larger when viewed on a desktop browser compared to the iOS device browser, why?
The key difference between iOS browsers and the PC browsers is the scale of the web page. iPad renders the web page to fit the tablet screen size, where as PC and Desktop browsers render the web page at its true dimension without any scaling.

If you find the size of the page content to be larger than desired on a regular PC screen, we recommend rearranging the page layout for a narrower layout. The standard resolution is around 1024 pixels. if your web page width is larger than this, it will actually render fine for most modern browser screens, but you may wish to reduce the layout for a better fit on smaller desktop screens.
