How to connect HTML Egg to Aruba Web Hosting?
The HTML Egg App is compatible with any web host provider that supports FTP uploads.

If you are hosting with Aruba Web Hosting, please see these steps:

1 Enter your FTP username, password and server address into the "FTP Settings" in HTML Egg

2. Enter your website address into the Website Base URL field, this is usually the same as your web domain address (i.e. http://www.mywebsite.com)

3. Enter your publishing folder name into the "Remote Path". This is an important step for Aruba users. Based on our experience with other users hosting with Aruba, your publishing folder is usually similar to your website address. You will be able to find out the exact name by contacting your web host. Or if you log in using a FTP Client such as FileZilla, you will also be able to see the folder.

4. Tap on the "Test Connection" button to make sure you get a "Success" result for both Upload and Web Access

HTML Egg fully supports FTP transfers including regular FTP mode, SFTP mode as well as FTPS mode. This App has been tested compatible with just about any web hosting providers. If you are unsure if your web host is compatible, please feel free to contact us at htmlegg@aidaluu.com. We will help you verify connectivity and troubleshoot any upload issues.
